Muscle Activation Tecniques
This is where your foundation begins. Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) will play a vital role in balancing your muscular system which increases strength, range of motion (flexibility), decreases inflammation and increases brain wave activity. As your body becomes more symmetrical we will then add isometrics and progress to dynamic exercises.
Once you have progressed to a training phase we can now build your resilience with dynamic exercise. Rob will use your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) score before every session to ensure the perfect dose of exercise intensity is used within the session. In this phase you will then begin to see further improvements in fat loss, and improved muscle definition. From here we can begin to develop any goal you never thought was possible.
